The project is a phased renovation of the complete interior of a large barn structure originally constructed in the 1700′s, and converted to a residence sometime in the early 1900′s. The design has master planned the project for completion over a 7 year period.
The renovation includes a new spacious open plan for kitchen/ dining/ living areas, and new energy efficient windows and doors throughout. The large kitchen includes both honed granite and concrete countertops
