The project is a phased renovation of the complete interior of a large barn structure originally constructed in the 1700's, and converted to a residence sometime in the early 1900's. The design has master planned the project for completion over a 7 year period.

The first floor interior phases have been completed, which include a new spacious open plan for kitchen/ dining/ living, and new energy efficient windows and doors throughout. The large kitchen includes both honed granite and concrete countertops. The limestone tile floor includes glass tile accents and complements the light hardwood floor in the rest of the house.
